We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery of your order. Requests for refunds submitted after this 30-day window will not be processed, and the item will not be eligible for return.
To qualify for a return and subsequent refund, items must meet all of the following criteria:
• No visible signs of wear, damage, or laundering/washing
• All original tags, labels, and brand packaging intact and attached
• Original product packaging included with the return
Certain items are excluded from our return policy for hygiene, product type, or sales terms reasons, including:
• Final sale products
• Items explicitly labeled “non-returnable” on their product page
These exclusions are clearly indicated on the respective product listings prior to purchase, and no exceptions will be made for non-returnable items.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for items (e.g., for size or color changes). If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product, please place a new order for the desired item and initiate a return for your original purchase to receive a refund in accordance with this policy.
In the event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order (e.g., wrong size, color, or product), our team may, at our sole discretion, offer either a replacement of the correct item or a full refund for the defective/incorrect product.
The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return, as outlined below:
• Defective or incorrectly shipped items: We will cover all return shipping costs, and may provide a prepaid return shipping label where available for your convenience.
• Change-of-mind returns (e.g., ordering the wrong size, no longer wanting the item): The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees: All original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is required due to our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect shipment).
To initiate a return, please follow these steps in full to ensure your request is processed efficiently:

Note: Returns sent without prior approval and compliance with our return instructions may be rejected or delayed, and may not be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 5–10 business days of inspection. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account, which is outside of our control.
If you have not received your refund within the 5–10 business day processing window, we recommend taking the following steps:
1. First, check your bank or card issuer’s transaction history to confirm the refund has not been posted (financial institutions may have varying processing timelines).

For orders shipped to addresses within Canada, all duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the return.
When processing refunds for Canadian orders, we will only refund the product purchase price (and original shipping fees only if required by applicable law and the return is due to our error). No refunds will be issued for any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid upon delivery of the order.
